Starting at 5pm, until candy runs out, Oakwood Library is open to ghosts and goblins and fancy dress youngsters. Come to the Community Room and greet area business people who will give you CANDY! Then peek into an old ...and somewhat yucky victorian library in the Library's Fireplace room...be ready, some of it is a bit scary! Then get more CANDY. Then go on home and count your loot!
