The Paulding County Carnegie Library is pleased to announce a luncheon with award-winning author, Martha Conway. Conway, winner of the 2014 North American Book Award in Historical Fiction for her work based on the Great Black Swamp in northwest Ohio, will be the at the main historic Carnegie Library in Paulding, on Monday, April 20th from 12:00 – 2:00.
