Come to the library 12 to 7:30 on July 2, get your book-reading record booklet, a first packet of sign-up goodies, and a book or two to begin your summer reading program. You will also receive a newsletter telling you about all the opportunities to win prizes from July 6 through August 15, when summer reading programming ends.

Please read the newsletter, because it is different than anything we've done before. You still need to call or use the computer to reserve books, or you can point to something we have put in the window for you to look at. We will post pictures of some books on our Facebook page.

We will look at your log whenever you bring it to show us how much you have read so we can give you a prize if you have read the books to get one.
